Q) Do we need to bring knee pads?
A) We supply fresh, clean knee pads for all new students! However you’re welcome to bring your own if you own some!
Q) Im a complete beginner to dance - is this ok?
A) YES! absolutely! I teach twerking choreography, which means i’ll be teaching the routine straight away, however i will always do my best to work my way around the room and give everyone advice and technique tips. The best way to learn and improve is to push yourself! So come have a go!
Q) What should i wear?
A) Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. But just so you know; tight compression gym wear will be hard to twerk in. I recommend either booty shorts or something loose so your body can move, i also highly encourage all my students to dress so they feel sexy ;) #SELFLOVE
